Qualifications
ü 12 years of experience in software automation, with a focus on CI/CD and DevOps.
ü Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
ü Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, Ansible, or similar.
ü Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
ü Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
ü Strong communication and collaboration skills.
ü Experience in framework development, API testing, and using Postman.
ü Basic knowledge in ETL, SQL, and databases.
Preferred Qualifications
ü Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
ü Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
ü Certification in relevant automation or DevOps tools.
Roles & Responsibilities
ü Design and develop automation frameworks and tools to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
ü Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
ü Lead the evaluation and selection of automation tools and technologies.
ü Develop and maintain automated test scripts and test suites.
ü Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of automation solutions.
ü Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
ü Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation and DevOps.

Work Authorization
- Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)

- The annual salary for this position is between $83,250/- to $131,500/- depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
- This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans
