Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with expertise in Vue.js, Node.js, GraphQL, Azure, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead projects, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the overall success of our software solutions.

Location: Louisville - KY USA (Hybrid)

You must be legally authorized to work in USA without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities:

· Design develop and maintain web applications using Vue.js Node.js GraphQL and Azure.

· Collaborate with cross functional teams to define design and ship new features.

· Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.

· Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

· Help maintain code quality organization and automation.

· Mentor and guide junior developers foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

· 7 10 years of experience in full stack development.

· Proficiency in Vue.js Node.js GraphQL and Azure.

· Strong understanding of front end technologies such as HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript.

· Experience with RESTful APIs and third party libraries.

· Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

· Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

· Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries.

· Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

· Familiarity with CI CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

· Experience with cloud services and infrastructure management.

Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 4/3//2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $68,000 – $114,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
