As a Manager of Quality assurance at Cognizant TriZetto, you will be responsible for leading and participating in software testing efforts for product implementations, product upgrades, enhancements, defect fixes and integration projects.

Essential Functions
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.
Required Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manual and automated testing for Web, GUI, and other interfaces.
Minimum 1 Year Of People Management Experience.
Healthcare industry quality assurance experience preferred.
Desired Experience

The annual salary for this position is in the range of $113K-$132K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Essential Functions
- Identifying and sometimes creating alternative solutions to solve business needs and articulating the pros and cons of the various approaches.
- Participating in internal and customer meetings to understand requirements.
- Mentoring intermediate and associate level Quality team members.
- Plan and supervise the work of a small- to medium-sized quality assurance (QA) team which includes test plans, test cases, test execution, test reporting, etc.
- Execute manual and automated test cases in order to validate the current release under development.
- Identify, log, and track issues and defects and managing them to resolution.
- Actively participate in the Agile software development process.
- Provide constructive feedback on process improvement at Agile (Scrum) team meetings and in sprint review sessions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to present to all levels of management.
- Hands-on advanced knowledge of test automation (e.g. Selenium), performance testing (e.g., HP Loadrunner), or both.
- Proficiency with a software development or scripting language (e.g., C#, Java) preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft and Oracle SQL query skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid experience with test management tools such as HP Application Lifecycle Manager (ALM), and Agile tools such as Azure DevOps
