Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) Data Management Functional MDM Architecture and Reltio MDM. The role requires domain experience in Claim Assignment. This hybrid role involves working during the day shift with no travel required. Proficiency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions using Reltio MDM and Reltio Integration Hub (RIH)
• Oversee the integration of data management systems to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams working on Java-based applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure the architecture aligns with industry best practices and company standards
• Develop and maintain documentation for MDM architecture and integration processes
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the data management systems to identify areas for improvement
• Implement data governance policies to ensure data quality and compliance
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Work closely with the Claim Assignment team to ensure the MDM solutions meet their specific needs
• Provide training and support to team members on MDM tools and best practices
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MDM and data management technologies
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring the integrity and reliability of data systems
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in Java programming and development
• Have a strong background in Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) and Reltio MDM
• Demonstrate expertise in Data Management Functional and MDM Architecture
• Show proficiency in Claim Assignment domain
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Have strong communication skills in English both written and spoken
• Be capable of working in a hybrid work model and adapting to changing environments
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues
• Have a collaborative mindset and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Certifications Required

Certified Reltio Master Data Management Professional
