Cognizant is looking to hire a motivated and skilled and detail-oriented Sr Scrum Master to join our team, an individual who has project management skills including but not limited to financial management and people management.

Job Location: Pleasanton, CA
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Have a good understanding on Agile principles.
- Has to run team on Scrum / Scaled agile framework.
- Have good understanding on Waterfall and Agile SDLC process.
- Have exposure to migrating teams from Waterfall to Agile SDLC process.
- Have exposure to working with multi-vendor team that achieves same deliverable goal.
- Have understanding on Agile frameworks like Kanban/ Lean/ Scrum/ Spotify.
- Have project management skills including but not limited to financial management and people management.
- Communication should be excellent.
- Should be able to enable Cognizant to achieve new positions and opportunity in allocated area.
- Knowledge about scaled agile and execution of scrum projects for healthcare domain is a must.
Key Qualifications:
- Have understanding on Agile frameworks like Kanban/ Lean/ Scrum/ Spotify.
- Have knowledge on tools like Version One (preferred) or CA Agile or Jira.
- Have good understanding on "Test driven development" in Agile.

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000.00 – 135,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
