Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 15 to 19 years of experience in Data Management Functional MDM Architecture and Stibo. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data management solutions ensuring data integrity and optimizing data processes. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of data management solutions to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of MDM architecture ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise in Stibo to optimize data processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data management requirements and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
- Develop and implement best practices for data management and MDM architecture.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of data management systems and processes.
- Identify and address data quality issues to improve data accuracy and reliability.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on data management and MDM architecture.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data management and MDM architecture.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of data management processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs on data management and MDM architecture to stakeholders.
