Responsibilities
Craft and develop sophisticated Stibo STEP solutions based on business needs.
Overseeing the development and implementation of custom integrations with other systems.
Leading technical discussions, decision-making, and problem-solving within the team.
Collaborating with Support Leads on continuous service improvements, Automations and help plan long term project fixes
Mentoring and coaching junior developers on Stibo STEP standard processes to help improve the speed within the POD teams
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[119,000 – 139,500 USD] depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
