We are seeking a results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead a large-scale infrastructure-focused engineering initiative involving the deployment and configuration of cutting-edge Maestro devices across multiple regions. This is a mission-critical role requiring expertise in managing complex technical implementations, system integrations, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing technology-driven projects within a Waterfall delivery methodology.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end project execution for the installation, configuration, and certification of Maestro devices, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Oversee the deployment of High Availability (HA) Maestro devices in all designated regions to enhance infrastructure resilience and performance.
Facilitate data feed repositioning and the integration of over 650 probes for accurate usage reporting and performance monitoring.
Operational Readiness
Coordinate comprehensive site certifications to ensure all markets are billing-ready with seamless traffic observation and validation processes in place.
Enable a smooth transition of system alerts to the Network Operations Center (NOC) for 24x7 monitoring and automated ticketing of the VA platform.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the principal liaison between engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all phases of project delivery.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; develop and execute mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Provide regular executive-level reporting including progress updates, performance metrics, and issue resolution.
Governance & Documentation
Establish robust project governance practices, ensuring all project artifacts, project plans, schedules, issue logs, and status reports are accurately maintained.
Track project milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables while upholding high standards for operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale technical or infrastructure projects.
Proven success in deploying enterprise-level hardware devices and systems within a Waterfall delivery methodology.
Demonstrated ability to manage technical teams and vendors to execute complex data integration and system certification initiatives.
Deep understanding of hardware deployment, data feeds, device configuration, and NOC operational processes.
Familiarity with monitoring systems, data usage reporting, and system performance optimization.
Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to project management.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities with experience engaging executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Ability to lead under pressure, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results within strict deadlines.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar).
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
