Roles/Responsibilities

• Minimum 18 years of experience to join our team
• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure product quality and performance.
• Oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on the use of Jira for test management, tracking, and reporting.
• Implement and maintain Test Maturity Models (TMMi) to continuously improve testing processes and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of testing activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Mentor and train junior team members on testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Ensure that all testing activities are aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall testing process and reduce defects.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities into the software development lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing technologies and methodologies.
