- Lead the design and implementation of Workday Financial Management solutions to meet business requirements.
- Supervise the development and maintenance of Workday Security Essentials to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Provide technical expertise in creating and managing Workday Technical Reports to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the seamless integration of Workday Financial Management with other enterprise systems.
- Conduct regular system audits and security reviews to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Workday configurations customizations and processes.
- Train and mentor junior team members on Workday standard processes and technical skills.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements to recommend improvements.
- Solve resolve complex technical issues related to Workday Financial Management and Security.
- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and patches.

- 8 years of Workday experience including Finance Mgmt.
- Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Workday Financial Management.
- Demonstrate expertise in Workday Security Essentials to ensure robust data protection.
- Solid background in creating and managing Workday Technical Reports.
Experience in Finance and Accounting is highly desirable.
