Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM/FI Technical Lead who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in Workday Studio Workday Financial Management Workday Core Connector and Workday HCM. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions in the finance and accounting domain. Workday Integration Consultant with expertise in handling Core HCM and Finance integrations.

Responsibilities:

• AMS Support of Integrations in HCM and Finance Area. Enhancements
• Should posses knowledge on Core connectors Studio Peci and BIRT Reporting
• Own the design and implementation of Workday solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Coordinate the development and deployment of Workday Studio integrations.
• Provide technical expertise in Workday Financial Management to optimize financial processes.
• Develop and maintain Workday Core Connector integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Ensure the successful configuration and customization of Workday HCM modules.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain system efficiency.
• Solve technical issues related to Workday applications.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in Workday technologies and standard processes.
• Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements to leverage new functionalities.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure project milestones are met within the stipulated timelines.
• Provide comprehensive documentation and training to end-users for smooth adoption of new systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.

Required Qualifications

• 6 years of Workday experience including HCM and Finance.
• Experience working on finance integration
• Extensive experience in Workday Studio Workday Financial Management Workday Core Connector and Workday HCM.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Devices / SPM domain is a plus.
