Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HSE strategies aligned with the organization's mission.
- Foster a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility.
- Lead and manage a team of HSE professionals.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, PSM, and environmental regulations.
- Implement safety measures, training, and policies to prevent incidents.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
- Manage the HSE budget and resource allocation efficiently.
- Promote environmental sustainability and minimize operational impact.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on HSE matters.
- 10 plus years of experience within heavy manufacturing environment.
