Job Summary:
The Senior Architectural Designer will be responsible for managing design requests from the sales team, including creating siting plans that meet compliance and construction standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute lot-specific architectural design and customization.
- Develop siting plans that optimize land use while maintaining architectural integrity.
- Collaborate with clients to provide creative solutions to design challenges.
- Utilize industry-standard software to produce detailed, high-quality architectural plans.
- Maintain control over base designs and modifications for reuse.
- Support budget planning by providing accurate material takeoffs and quantity assessments.
- Play a key role in value engineering, optimizing design solutions to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- Degree in architecture, drafting, or a related field OR a minimum of 5 years of industry experience (high-end residential experience preferred).
- Proficiency in CAD, Revit, and other 3D modeling software.
- Ability to develop detailed drawings that follow best building practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
