We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Designer to join our team. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for managing design requests from the sales team, including creating site plans that meet compliance and construction standards.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing and executing lot-specific architectural design and customization, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and construction feasibility.
- Developing siting plans that optimize land use while maintaining architectural integrity.
- Working closely with clients to bring their design visions to life, providing creative solutions to design challenges.
- Utilizing industry-standard software such as CAD, Revit, and Bluebeam to produce detailed, high-quality architectural plans.
- Maintaining control over base designs and modifications for reuse, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Supporting budget planning and cost estimation by providing accurate material takeoffs and quantity assessments.
- Playing a key role in value engineering, optimizing design solutions to enhance efficiency while maintaining luxury standards.
- Overseeing and coordinating the plan development process from initial design through permitting and construction handoff.
- Providing technical guidance and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
