Corporate Sales Director
Annual Pay Range: $100,000-$105,000
The Corporate Sales Director is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth at our assisted living and memory care communities located in Minnesota and Wisconsin. This role involves leading and mentoring community teams, developing strategic marketing and sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with referral partners. The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales leader with a passion for serving seniors and a proven track record of success in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and demographic data to identify growth opportunities
- Support individual community teams in executing lead-generation and conversion strategies
- Ensure effective follow-up processes to maximize move-ins and minimize lost opportunities
Team Leadership & Development:
- Train sales plan to community-level teams
- Provide coaching to drive sales effectiveness
- Conduct regular site visits, sales audits, and training sessions to ensure best practices
- Foster a high-performance sales culture with a focus on accountability, engagement, and results
Marketing & Referral Development:
- Strengthen relationships with key referral sources, including healthcare providers, social workers, and local organizations
- Partner with the corporate team to develop and execute region-specific marketing campaigns
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and community outreach programs
Performance Management & Reporting:
- Monitor occupancy trends, conversion rates, and other key sales metrics
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership
- Identify challenges and implement corrective action plans as needed
Qualifications:
- More than five years of experience in senior living sales
- Effective communicator
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Capable of traveling to various locations
- Solution-oriented
- Strong computer skills
