At COhatch, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at our Worthington location. As the OWNER and CONNECTOR of this location, you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for members and visitors.
The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing outreach strategies, creating and implementing engaging member events, coordinating and hosting meetings and events, managing non-profit and start-up scholarships, and maintaining a strong presence in the community while building relationships to foster member growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining community vibe, orderliness, and cleanliness;
- Engaging with members of the local community;
- Opening and closing procedures;
- Ordering necessary supplies as needed;
In addition, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for building strong relationships within the community.
