The COhatch Indianapolis Market is hiring! We are looking to hire one Part-Time Community Manager!
The Part-Time Community Manager will assist in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for members and visitors, helping to foster a strong sense of authentic community. This person will work closely with the Full-Time Community Manager to support the daily operations of a COhatch location. Together, they will implement outreach strategies, coordinate and host meetings and events, manage non-profit and start-up scholarships, and maintain a community presence to build relationships that encourage member growth. The Full-Time Community Manager is seen as the OWNER and CONNECTOR of this location and community, and the Part-Time Community Manager will work alongside them, supporting the growth of the location.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Daily Operations
- Assist in maintaining community vibe, orderliness, and cleanliness.
- Engage with members of the local community.
- Support opening and closing procedures.
- Help with ordering necessary supplies as needed.
Front Desk Coverage
- Answer phone & voicemail messages.
- Welcome members & visitors.
- Support member communications.
New Member Sign-Ups
- Assist with tours, closing deals, and implementing new member orientations.
- Support new member onboarding
- Help manage member invoices, payments, and customer experience.
Membership Outreach & COhatch Engagement
- Maintain a local presence and participate in community activities.
- Assist with creating, scheduling, and implementing monthly community outreach events.
- Create and send out monthly event communications to members.
Work Schedule
This is a part-time, in-person role primarily at our Broad Ripple and Carmel locations.

There will be times when support will be needed at the other COhatch locations within the Indy Market.
Hours: 10-25 hours per week on average, with flexibility to provide additional hours for coverage as needed. Advance notice will be given.
Compensation
Hourly pay. As a Part-Time Team Member, you are not eligible for benefits, including PTO, medical, dental, 401K, and holidays.
