About the Role: The Community Manager, equivalent to a store manager, is responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for members and visitors with the goal of creating a strong sense of authentic community. This person is responsible for running the daily operations of a COhatch location, creating marketing and outreach strategies, creating and implementing engaging member events, scheduling free monthly workshops for the community, coordinating & hosting corporate sessions, and managing non-profit partnerships, maintaining a strong presence in the community, and maximizing memberships and offsite meetings. We view you as the OWNER and CONNECTOR of this location and community. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Daily Operations Opening/ Closing
- Ordering supplies as needed
- Continuously maintain community vibe orderliness
- Daily check-in with members/membership engagement
Front Desk Coverage Answering phones & voicemail messages
- Welcoming & greeting members & visitors
- Collecting mail & organizing alphabetically for member pick-up
- Managing email inquiries
New Member Sign-Ups Conducting tours. closing deals, new member orientations
- Management of member invoices, payments, and customer experience
Membership Outreach & Engagement Weekly emails to members on events and opportunities
- Maintaining a local presence and participating in volunteer activities
- Creating, scheduling, and implementing monthly professional or networking workshops

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
