Who You Are
Tax Compliance & Support:
- Prepare and/or review individual tax returns ( Form 1040), including multi-state filings, for high net worth individuals and families.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of trust tax returns (Form 1041), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Help develop and implement tax-efficient strategies for clients, supporting their financial goals and minimizing tax liabilities.
- Stay informed about current tax laws and industry updates to ensure compliance and offer the best possible advice.
- Collaborate with all team members to provide tax advice on matters such as estate planning, trust administration, and wealth transfer strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, supporting their tax needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate alongside your team to complete tax filings and manage client relationships.
- Assist in mentoring and training junior team members, contributing to a positive and growth-oriented team culture.
- Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn while working in a fast-paced environment.
Who You Are
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- CPA or academic qualifications completed to pursue CPA
- 1-3 years of tax experience, preferably with high net worth individuals, families, and/ or trusts
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain tax concepts clearly
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe; familiarity with tax software is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
