Young, energetic, busy, well-established family-owned commercial real estate corporation in North Palm Beach is seeking an Executive Sales and Operations Assistant to work alongside CEO.
Eligible candidates must possess exceptional organizational, written and verbal skills, must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with little oversight or management, and must have thick-skin to handle high pressure environments. This is a great, long-term position for someone that is interested in a career where they can grow to understand the ins-and-outs of all aspects of the business while assisting the CEO to ensure exceptional, and consistent standards are executed and maintained at the highest level.
This role will serve as an all-around gatekeeper to the CEO, and will including heavy calendar management, email management, travel planning, constant follow-ups (both internally with team members and externally with clients and vendors), detailed reporting, and developing efficient and effective communication channels.

While you will be asked to be in the office normal business hours, this job does require someone that understands that running a business alongside a CEO will take answering the phone before and after work hours as necessary to complete their jobs.
