What You’ll Do
Are you a tax professional looking to take the next step in your career while delivering exceptional service to high net worth clients? Join our dynamic team focused on tax strategy and compliance, where you’ll gain valuable experience in managing tax compliance and providing tax consulting for individuals, families, and trusts. Responsibilities
Tax Compliance & Support:
- Prepare and/or review individual tax returns (Form 1040), including multi-state filings, for high net worth individuals and families.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of trust tax returns (Form 1041), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Help develop and implement tax-efficient strategies for clients, supporting their financial goals and minimizing tax liabilities.
- Stay informed about current tax laws and industry updates to ensure compliance and offer the best possible advice.
Client Experience:
- Collaborate with all team members to provide tax advice on matters such as estate planning, trust administration, and wealth transfer strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, supporting their tax needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate alongside your team to complete tax filings and manage client relationships.
- Assist in mentoring and training junior team members, contributing to a positive and growth-oriented team culture.
- Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn while working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Who You Are
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- CPA or academic qualifications completed to pursue CPA
- 1-3 years of tax experience, preferably with high net worth individuals, families, and/or trusts
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain tax concepts clearly
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe; familiarity with tax software is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $125,000*
*Salaries offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate's relevant skillset, experience, licensure, and certifications, as well as job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.
