The Roving Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer and team member fulfillment by responding promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring resident safety, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The role also involves assessing property conditions, responding to after-hours emergencies, and following strict safety protocols. Strong communication with residents, team members, and vendors is essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
- HVAC Certification
- Carpentry, Plumbing, and Electrical maintenance experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% (all expenses covered)
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic tools required, including personal smart phone technology.
Compensation* $30 - $33
- Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
