Assistant Job Duties

Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing leadership team through the organization and administrative tasks for various projects
- Pack items for events
- Research venues and caterers
- Manage set-up and tear-down operations
- Transfer paper reports into computer files
- Assemble marketing materials including folders and swag bags
- Good understanding of office management and customer service
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- The ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, computer software, and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Suite etc.)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must have ability to work nights and weekends, as required
- Must pass a background check
