Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optometrist located in Bayside, NY. The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting eye exams, diagnosing and treating vision problems, prescribing eyeglasses and contact lenses, and providing personalized eye care services to customers.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- State licensure to practice optometry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in conducting eye exams and diagnosing vision problems
- Knowledge of eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions
- Ability to educate patients on eye health and eyewear options
- Experience in fitting and adjusting eyeglasses and contact lenses
