```Duties```
- Provide high-level administrative support to executive
-Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information for projects or presentations
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Experience using QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks is preferred
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in managing calendars using Outlook Calendar or similar software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills
