We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Leasing Specialist to join our team. Duties
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and timely.
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi or Appfolio for data entry and record keeping.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, phone etiquette, and responding to tenant inquiries.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address tenant concerns and ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants through various channels.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant needs and resolving conflicts as they arise.
- Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in all leasing activities.
Experience
- Previous experience in property leasing or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or Appfolio is a plus.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and file management.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and tenants.
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques to effectively resolve issues that may arise during the leasing process.
