About The Role

We are looking for experienced product designers. This role demands creative ideation, rapid iteration, and a love of craft and polish. This candidate should already have a baseline understanding of current AI developments and trends as they will be partnering with the modeling team to envision how AI can do complex, multi-stage analyses and perform tasks. They would help to explore ideas rapidly by providing a front-end for technically complex concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process to help drive the direction and roadmap of our products. Identifying opportunities to improve our users’ lives and make them better at what they do.
  • Participate in user research, gather insights, and translate findings into actionable design solutions as well as incorporate user feedback, analysis and market trends.
  • Create novel but polished user interfaces and experiences through collaboration with product managers, researchers, engineers and other members of technical staff.
  • Prototype concepts through front end code, animation tools such as Rive, or other methods to communicate and test new ideas.
  • Help shepherd the growth of the entire design team through mentorship.

Qualifications

  • 7 years in product design, preferably in both startup and larger tech companies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and the impact of your work.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Additional experience in animation concepts and tools such as Rive or Lottie will be viewed favorably.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design
  • Passion for visual design such as typography, layout, color, composition. (Preferred)
