Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out competitive analysis, including financial performance, market share, product and technology coverage.
- Work across various internal functions to improve website experience for our customers and investors, ensuring content is aligned to business need.
- Help with business case preparations of R&D investments and CapEx investments. Project 5 year investment roadmap on R&D investments for your products.
- Work with product marketing and sales to develop customer engagement plans and lead teams to execute wins.
- Compare and analyze product cost structures, work with cross functional teams to identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Participate in customer meeting on product and technology roadmaps and business related topics.
Education & Experience
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business related field.
Skills
- Knowledge and understanding of financial instruments: P&L, balance sheet, income statement
- Proven track record of continuous improvement
- Ability to easily and successfully work with employees and customers in a multi-cultural, global team environment
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and complex issues involving external and internal priorities
- Experience with problem analysis and resolution at the strategic and functional levels
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Set a high standard of ethics, professionalism, leadership, and competency
Working Conditions
- This position is onsite
- May require occasional off-site meetings or travel
- Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary
- Interaction with team members and external contacts is a regular part of the job
- May require occasional overtime and flexibility in work hours to accommodate the executive’s needs
Physical Requirements
- Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings.
- Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
- Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Mobility within the office environment to attend meetings or interact with colleagues.
