Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop automation scripts and workflows using Python and AI tools to enhance IT operations and business processes.
- Leverage open-source technologies to build scalable automation solutions for system engineering tasks.
- Use AI tools to develop integrations for predictive analysis and intelligent decision-making in IT workflows.
- Assist in automating infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting using modern DevOps tools.
- Integrate automation with business applications to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Work with APIs, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for automation.
- Document automation workflows and provide knowledge-sharing sessions for the team.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology
- Proficiency in Python and scripting for automation.
- Experience with AI tools, machine learning frameworks, or automation libraries and SDKs for integration.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Cloud computing (AWS), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with open-source technologies and version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement scalable automation solutions.

- May be required to sit at a desk for extended periods of time, working on a computer or troubleshooting hardware or software.
