Summary :
Primary ownership in the design, maintenance, and operation of a semiconductor manufacturing facility, including all buildings, utilities, and associated mechanical equipment. This role will function as system owner and expert for process cooling water systems, pumps, fans, compressed air, process vacuum, boilers, exhaust, HVAC, and cooling towers / chillers. Support facilities department with all systems as needed, including chemicals, gasses, controls, equipment rigging, piping, and wastewater treatment. Monitor and operate facility systems through SCADA and physical / visual inspection as needed. Respond to urgent facilities issues or utility emergencies / outages as needed. Perform necessary tasks to meet and maintain regulatory requirements of federal, state, and local codes. Summary :
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- System owner and engineer for all site mechanical systems and infrastructure
- Act as project manager for new systems and existing system upgrades
- Provide technical expertise on all mechanical systems and infrastructure
- Cleanroom HVAC operations, support, troubleshooting and repairs
- Utility building equipment operations, support, troubleshooting and repairs
- Create / modify documentation for system operation and troubleshooting or provide input for facilities operations
- Manage and supervise contractors for repairs, troubleshooting, and installations
- Perform facility improvements or repairs as needed
- Provide utility and equipment information to senior leadership as required
