What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Student, Global Supply Chain position at Coherent Corp.?
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Will spend first half of the summer counting inventory parts repeatedly to confirm accurate inventory quantities.
- Perform computer transaction to initiate, record and verify inventory data.
- Properly identify, label and storage of optical materials for raw, WIP and finished goods.
- Second half of the summer will involve cleaning kit assembly, sorting parts for KLA and C&S kits, while working on projects identified by dept leadership.
Education & Experience
- Enrolled in a college or military program

- Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.

- Can lift parts up to 15lbs
Safety Requirements
