Project Description
The project focuses on active development, maintaining, and enhancing :
Web Portals : Angular 14 applications with .NET 6 and REST APIs, enabling customers and partners to manage infrastructure.
Internal Tools : WinForms applications in VB.NET, transitioning to a modern low-code platform (Outsystems) and PHP-based backend APIs. The old system will be maintained only occasionally, primarily for critical bug fixes or urgent support.
Migration Initiatives : Consolidating stand-alone applications into the Mulesoft platform, starting in 2025, with training provided for team readiness.

What You'll Do
Guide the team in architectural and technical decisions;
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices;
Implement and advocate for scalable, high-quality solutions;
Mentor and support team members to foster growth and knowledge sharing;
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs;
Identify and mitigate risks, addressing technical and process inefficiencies;
Plan for scalability, modernization, and long-term system improvements;
Job Requirements
7 years of commercial experience with .NET;
Strong knowledge of C#;
Solid understanding of frontend technologies - particularly experience with Angular;
Experience with the listed tech stack;
Prior technical leadership experience with hands-on development;
Desire to mentor and grow team members;
Experience assessing system architectures and addressing code quality issues;
Strong communication skills in English (B2 or higher);
Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives;
