Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating agile project management processes, ensuring that teams adhere to Scrum principles and practices. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding the development team towards achieving their goals while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Facilitate all team level events (PI Planning Team Breakouts, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Feature Elaboration, Sprint Review & Retro)
- Provides timely and accurate reporting of impediments, blockers, and risks to their Release Train Engineer
- Work with Release Train Engineer to set performance and growth targets for their teams
- Guides mentoring and development of agile team members
- Participate in Scrum of Scrums, Inspect and Adapt, and any ad hoc sessions called by RTE or Agile Coach
- Responsible for coordinating cross-team collaboration and dependencies and reporting them to the RTE
- Ensures team work, progress, and artifacts are transparent to all designated stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Familiar with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Able to effectively communicate across all levels of the program
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum workflow and Kanban
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies
- SAFe Scrum Master certification
- Jira - issue tracking and agile project management, or similar tool
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Active/current security clearance is required

Pay: $110,000.00 - $127,000.00 per year
