We are seeking a Senior Director of Global People Services and Mobility who will play a key role in developing and executing strategies that enhance the employee experience across the globe. This role will oversee global People Services, manage mobility and immigration. The Senior Director will be responsible for leading the operationalization of the people services center, managing high-volume HR queries, global mobility, immigration, and compliance.
This individual will lead a global team and work cross-functionally with HR and business leaders to design and implement scalable solutions that support the organization's growth and evolving workforce needs. This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR leader with deep experience in global services and mobility

How You’ll Spend Your Time Here
- Leadership & Strategy: Define and lead the Global People Services and Mobility strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and a seamless experience for employees globally. Identify areas for service improvement and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- HR System Management: Oversee the management of the ServiceNow ticket system, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution of employee inquiries. Analyze trends and provide insights to drive improvements in service delivery.
- Global Mobility Management: Lead the global mobility function, overseeing employee relocations, expatriate assignments, and visa/immigration processes. Partner with external vendors and immigration specialists to ensure compliance and a smooth relocation process.
- HR Compliance: Manage the company’s HR compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and other regulatory requirements across multiple countries. Develop and implement procedures to ensure the company is compliant with international HR practices.
- Team Leadership & Development: Led a global team, including three direct reports, focusing on performance management, development, and engagement. Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture within the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other HR functions, such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and learning and development, to ensure HR initiatives are aligned and integrated across the organization.
- Process Improvement & Innovation: Drive continuous improvement in global HR service delivery processes, including automating workflows, streamlining operations, and leveraging technology to enhance the employee experience.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in global HR services, mobility, and compliance, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale projects
- Some expertise in global mobility, immigration, and relocation programs, including knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
- Experience managing an HR ticketing system or case management platform, with a strong focus on process optimization and service delivery.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of aligning HR initiatives with business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Flexibility in managing global teams across different time zones and regions is essential.
- Relevant HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other globally recognized certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Workday and Servicenow
