The Clinical Scheduler at Cohesive Staffing Solutions is responsible for coordinating and scheduling agency staff for client facilities. This role involves managing the entire scheduling process, communicating effectively with both client contacts and agency staff, and resolving any scheduling conflicts or issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with client facilities to plan employee shift schedules.
- Liaising with facilities to fill vacancies in a timely manner.
- Identify issues and help improve processes.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure adequate employee compensation, invoicing and reporting.
- Help ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
- Availability to be placed on monthly “on-call” schedule.
- Utilize employee and company resources in the most effective manner.
- Provide quick responses to client issues and assist in resolving any scheduling problems.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- Answer phone calls from clients/employees and address their inquiries.
- Available as a field resource which may require minimal travel, if need arises.
- Staff housing scheduling and coordination.
- Responsible for coordinating with Admin Assistant/Clinical Coordinator for ongoing certification class schedules to ensure most up to date certifications for employees.
- Identify and address any staffing issues and client opportunities.
- Provide and educate temp staff with resources available to streamline communication, process flow, time sheet submission, credentialing documentation and all other necessary transactions.
- Communicate clear expectations of company representation and values, provide encouragement, constructive feedback, if necessary, to ensure the safety and quality of patient care provided by employees of Cohesive Staffing Solutions.
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Operations and/or Corporate Representatives.

Requirements:High School Diploma Required
- Two (2) years of Clinical Staffing and/or scheduling experience preferred.

- Good research skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize projects.
