Position: Software Developer with PHP PrestoSQL JS expertise

Location: Bay Area

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a Skilled Software Developer ideally with experience in PHP, python or other scripting language, PrestoSQL and Javascript.

• The ideal candidate will be building infrastructure components that enable software development and testing on our Android codebase.

• You will be responsible for improving the current infrastructure to improve the lives of developers. You will work on developing new features, ensuring seamless integration with the existing architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and enhance infrastructure using PHP.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.

• Experience in working large data sets and data sources.

• Experience in Big Data Analytics.

• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Troubleshoot and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.

• Document development processes, code changes, and project updates.

• Build key infrastructure components that allow configuration by other teams for CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proficiency in PHP, PrestoSQL and Javascript, python or other scripting languages for infrastructure development.

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

• Experience working in large code bases

• Experience building infrastructure components

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
