We’re looking for an empire builder. The Director of Operations & Growth helps hire, coach, manage, train, teach, and inspire. This leader is personally invested (financially and otherwise) in the growth of the agents and the company’s brand. - Base Salary : $60,000 - $70,000

- Flexible Work Schedule Responsibilities :
- Build, implement, and lead all support and operational systems that empower the associates and staff. This includes, but is not limited to communication systems, information systems, and financial systems.
- Assists as needed in documenting the systems of all departments.
- Responsible for managing all activities related to Broker / Compliance, Agent Services, Customer Service, and Finance
- Analyze market adversaries, develop, and implement strategies for transitioning agents to the company
- Responsible for hiring, training, and leading new agents
- Maintain and edit an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
- Maintain the culture and associate care systems to ensure business growth
- Create and maintain employee onboarding systems
- Track and review goals weekly by leading weekly meetings
- Continually look for ways to retain associates, increase sales & increase profitability
- Build relationships with the associates and staff
- Cultivate relationships with the top producers in the area
- Maintain our culture of a supportive and congenial office
- Ensure consistent and clear communication with stakeholders and the Team
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, communicate progress, and develop solutions to meet goals
- Collaborate with ERA to build the team's proficiency in ERA technology, resources, and tools
- Create a fun and supportive environment for the Team
- Work with the Executive Team to obtain the necessary resources to achieve objectives
- Serve as a liaison by representing the team to the public
- Help build the marketing and promotions plan for the company
- Grow the company by assisting in the opening of new offices and managing those locations
- Responsible for the management, supervision, and growth of direct reports (currently the administrative position)
- Cover the phone and agent support when the administrative assistant is out of the office.
