We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Assurance Senior Associate to join the team in our Los Angeles office.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. This position will support our Technology Group that falls within our CHAMP Group. The technology and media industries were founded by innovative visionaries. YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Develop detailed engagement work plans, illustrating budgets and schedules
- Develop a thorough understanding of all audit, tax and consulting services provided by the firm, and actively participate in proposals
- In managing a team of staff associates, including interns, provide regular performance coaching and feedback, while developing individual technical and industry skills.
- Gain the respect and confidence of the CohnReznick team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership

In California , the salary range for Assurance Senior Associates is $75,000 - $120,000. Salary determination will vary based on factors such as a candidate’s geographical location, qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus; generous paid time off; expanded and inclusive parental benefits, and access to best-in-class learning and development platforms, to name a few.
