Role Summary
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the International Tax team in our Tysons Corner office. This is a hybrid role, which means you will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week and work from home on other days.

Your Responsibilities
- Support Tax Partners, Directors, and others in our International Tax Practice
- Calendar management, time entry and expense report processing
- Assist with requests for new client set ups and expansion of services for current clients utilizing the client relationship management process
- Prepare and track engagement letters
- Send tax returns/forms to clients
- Compose, prepare and distribute written materials for management using sound judgment, including correspondence, memos/letters, agendas, presentations, and minutes
- Utilize software for retention of client documentation and maintain workflow processes
- Run client-specific reports
- Assist team with billing process
- Process invoice requests and back-up materials required to invoice client accounts
- Organize team scheduling meetings and maintain schedule updates in staffing system
- Assist with Partner continuing education, register for conferences and seminars, track resulting education credits in the learning system
- Book travel arrangements as requested
- Maintain team's contacts and mailing lists
- Assist the team with daily workflow
- Provide local office support as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in administrative support work, office practices, and administrative procedures
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Highly motivated with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Tech savvy with the ability and desire to embrace necessary software applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; intermediate knowledge of all other Microsoft applications
- Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects while prioritizing, planning, and organizing projects simultaneously
- Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods of the year
- Knowledgeable of business grammar and basic proofreading skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance necessary at all times
- Demonstrated client focus experience interacting with senior level executives
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-up skills, required
- Demonstrated team player with a flexible personality and positive attitude
- Notary Public credentials a plus
