NetSuite (Financials) - Manager

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a NetSuite Financials Manager to join our Enterprise Applications team in our Digital Advisory practice.

This position will support our Digital Advisory team, which advises a blend of small, mid-sized, and large US and multinational firms on strategy, technology, and transformation, process optimization, analytics enablement, systems implementations, automation, integrations, data management, and more.

Your Role:

• Deploy NetSuite ERP solutions for clients across multiple industry verticals
• Netsuite specific expertise in Record to Report Modules (Core General Ledger, ARM, FAM, Intercompany)
• Conduct the various phases of an implementation methodology
• Provide decision support, monitor issue and risks, and mitigate risk for engagements
• Lead requirements gathering workshops with clients serving as a Record to Report solution architect, translating complex business requirements and processes into NetSuite functional process, documenting business process flows and design
• Perform system configuration, testing, training, deployments, and support
• Work effectively as part of a team, driving towards a collective goal, filling the void, lending a hand; not afraid to speak up and provide guidance and direction when needed; ready and capable of providing mentorship where needed
• You will be a problem solver, always curious, searching for a solution, being creative and fine tuning the solution
• Provide business process and product expertise to client and implementation teams; build breadth and depth of knowledge across functional business processes and product modules
• Participate in sales cycles and drive business development
• Manage junior resources and mentor their development
• Currently travel is limited, but must have ability to travel up to 50%

Your Experience:

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline
• Extensive implementation and product experience with Oracle NetSuite in a consulting role, minimum of 5 years; additional experience with other ERP systems
• ERP implementation experience or professional services experience required
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with consultants and clients and make impactful project presentations
• Team player, has worked in small and large teams
• Self-starter, driven, resourceful, and problem solver
• Driven by customer satisfaction, success and quality of work
• Functional expertise in finance/accounting (record to report)
• Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, consumer packaged goods, hospitality, technology or service industries
• Must have experience or knowledge with documentation of project deliverables, requirements, configuration, process flows, test cases, and other related documents
• Expert in the use of various project tools and templates (Visio, PPT, Word, Excel, JIRA, etc.)
• NetSuite Certified including NetSuite Suitefoundations, NetSuite ERP Consultant
