Job Description
The successful candidate will have a BA/BS degree in accounting or a related discipline, a CPA license, secret clearance or higher, and at least 4 years of professional experience with performing federal financial statement audits.
They will be able to manage multiple engagements and other responsibilities concurrently. They will also have the ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex federal accounting standards, federal auditing concepts, and apply them to client situations.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to lead audit teams and interact with clients and auditees on a daily basis. They will also be able to participate in business development activities and coach and mentor team members on technical and professional topics.
