About the Partnership

As a partner at Cohos, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth and success. This is a collaborative endeavor, where all key decisions, including adding new partners, are made through group consensus. While the roles are initially part-time, they provide the flexibility to work alongside other commitments. As we grow, opportunities for full-time involvement will become available.

Partner Opportunities

A. Tech Specialist

  • Oversee and improve all backend systems, including booking, scheduling, member and contractor management, and customer support platforms.
  • Maintain and enhance the functionality of our website, applications, and email systems.
  • Implement new technologies and tools to streamline operations and deliver a seamless user experience.

B. Marketing/Advertising Leader

  • Develop, adapt, and perfect marketing strategies that highlight Cohos’s unique value proposition.
  • Build campaigns that resonate with property owners, contractors, and members.
  • Collaborate on branding, slogans, and promotional initiatives to keep Cohos ahead of the curve.

C. Business Strategist (MBA or Similar)

  • Structure the company’s operations for long-term success, acting as a strategic advisor and operations planner.
  • Establish workflows, processes, and systems for scalability and efficiency.
  • Oversee critical elements of the business structure to ensure compliance, growth, and operational integrity.

D. Accounting Partner

  • Take the reins on all things financial, including pricing models, tax compliance, and budgeting.
  • Manage cash flow, revenue tracking, and expense management.
  • Collaborate on financial strategies that align with company goals and profit-sharing plans.

E. Legal Advisor

  • Provide in-house legal expertise for contracts, compliance, and regulatory needs.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements to protect Cohos and its members.
  • Offer strategic guidance on liability mitigation and risk management.

F. Sales Lead

  • Drive membership growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Attract and engage new property owners, contractors, and tradesmen to join the Cohos network.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing members, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Roles Already Filled

  • Intake Operations Director: Optimizing and overseeing all aspects of new member and contractor onboarding while integrating cleaning services for new members.
  • Master Operations Director: Managing on-the-ground operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between trade providers and members.
