POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and maintain complex systems and infrastructure
- Manage and monitor all infrastructure and systems installations, including configuration, testing, and maintenance
- Identify potential issues and implement solutions proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications
- Perform system setup, integration, testing, and validation (workstations and servers)
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and user manuals
- Ensure system security and compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Provide guidance to teams and support users, which will include some training
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement
- Must be comfortable working in an industrial setting (PPE required in some areas)
