Coin in a Log Creative is looking for an office manager to join our team! We are a turn key multimedia production company that offers numerous media services commercially including social media, graphic design, web design, training videos, promo videos, and corporate event coverage. We are looking for a highly competent individual to manage and organize our data, maintain our office schedule, and upkeep our client relations.
Our ideal candidate would be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite, highly organized, and extremely collaborative. We need an individual to schedule meetings, take meeting notes, remind the team about project deadlines, communicate regularly with clients, write press releases, and potentially upkeep our company's social media pages.
This job requires a quick learner and a team player to maintain timeliness and organization on all office projects.
