This critical role will focus on engaging with both internal and external communities, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring that our users are supported through their cryptocurrency journey. As a key advocate for Coinbase's customers, youll help guide them through our offerings, ensure seamless interaction, and be the voice of the community within our organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Actively engage and manage online communities, providing timely and helpful responses to inquiries related to cryptocurrency transactions and wallet services.
- Build relationships with customers, users, and crypto enthusiasts to foster a positive and engaged community.
- Monitor and manage digital wallet-related discussions, providing insights and support related to transactions, purchases, and conversions between cryptocurrencies (e.g., BTC to ETH).
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure accurate communication of new updates, services, and features.
- Track and report community feedback to the product and engineering teams, offering insights to drive improvements and innovation.
- Provide exceptional service by responding to and resolving customer inquiries related to purchasing, transactions, and account management.
- Assist in creating educational content to empower the community in understanding cryptocurrency trends, security, and best practices.
- Ensure that community sentiment is proactively monitored, and any potential issues are escalated to the appropriate teams for resolution.
