As a Learning & Development Intern at Coinbase, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of a diverse range of learning initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support to ensure the seamless execution of various learning programs.
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties) :
- Assist in the development and maintenance of program resources (presentations, one-pagers, activity guides, Confluence pages, etc.)
- Support the planning and coordination of instructor-led learning sessions and L&D-owned offsites
- Respond to inquiries from employees regarding learning opportunities and program details
- Enable the evaluation and continuous improvement of learning programs through data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Act as the producer & / or co-facilitator of live learning sessions

Pay Transparency Notice : Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
Pay Range : $30—$30 USD
