But if you want to build the future alongside others who excel in their disciplines and expect the same from you, there’s no better place to be.In this role, you will be the founding Designer of a new team, designing and launching a new product offering on Coinbase.What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties) : End to end ownership of design for a new Coinbase product offeringDesign of MVP and future vision concepts including payments, payroll, invoices etc.Collaboration across Coinbase teams to launch supporting features - onboarding, multi-user, payment rails, tax, settings etc.Talking to customers to generate insights and influence strategic decision-makingWhat we look for in you (ie. job requirements) : 7 years of Product Design experienceExemplary product thinking abilities, solutions oriented, and capable of working autonomouslyProven track record of working within a product team to ship successful products to usersSharp attention to detail and mastery over your craft : visual design, interaction design, and prototypingStrong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management experienceThrives in fast-paced (sometimes ambiguous) environmentFluency in Figma and prototyping toolsLow ego, loves to collaborate, and open mindedInterest in crypto and / or financial productsNice to Have : Experience in fintech (B2B preferred but consumer also ok)Experience with building on sophisticated product platforms with extensive cross-team collaboration0 to 1 experience with new product launches - at startup or internal venture betID : GCPD06US#LI-RemotePay Transparency Notice : Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below.
