Restoration Service Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Restoration Service Supervisor to join our team at Coit Cleaning and Restoration. The successful candidate will oversee and manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and satisfactory completion. The Restoration Supervisor will be responsible for assessing and estimating water/fire/mold projects, monitoring job progress, leading crew members, coordinating logistics, speaking with insurance adjusters, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, estimate, and supervise restoration projects, including water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation
• Oversee and mentor crew members, providing guidance and training as needed
• Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling, equipment, and materials
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company protocols
• Conduct pre-project and post-project inspections to ensure quality and satisfaction
• Communicate with customers, adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the project
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and profitable project delivery
• Assist in a weekly rotation taking after hours calls

· Have an understanding of Third Party Administrator work

· Perform other duties as required to support the Restoration team

· Marketing and growth of the overall department

· Being available after business hours when required

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in restoration or a related field
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Knowledge of restoration industry standards and regulations
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment

· Certified in WRT, ASD, AMRT

· Have an acceptable driving record
