KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Represent COIT professionally with proper attire and identification.
- Provide outstanding customer service -courteous, respectful, and professional at all times.
- Work strategically to develop and expand your sales territory .
- Promote COIT's full range of cleaning and restoration services .
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and proactively seek new business .
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and sales efforts.
- Prepare and present customized proposals to potential clients.
- Successfully close sales and secure repeat business .
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs .
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and community outreach to build brand awareness.
