KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent COIT professionally with proper attire and identification.

  • Provide outstanding customer service-courteous, respectful, and professional at all times.

  • Work strategically to develop and expand your sales territory.

  • Promote COIT's full range of cleaning and restoration services.

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and proactively seek new business.

  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and sales efforts.

  • Prepare and present customized proposals to potential clients.

  • Successfully close sales and secure repeat business.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.

  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and community outreach to build brand awareness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.

  • MUST have minimum 2 years of relevant, successful sales experience.

  • MUST have an established book of business to demonstrate sales experience.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling sales proposals.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be comfortable with moderate physical activity, including standing, walking, stooping, and bending.

  • Ability to safely operate a personal vehicle for business-related travel.
