KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Represent COIT professionally with proper attire and identification.

Provide outstanding customer service-courteous, respectful, and professional at all times.

Work strategically to develop and expand your sales territory.

Promote COIT's full range of cleaning and restoration services.

Maintain relationships with existing customers and proactively seek new business.

Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and sales efforts.

Prepare and present customized proposals to potential clients.

Successfully close sales and secure repeat business.

Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.

Participate in trade shows, networking events, and community outreach to build brand awareness.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.

MUST have minimum 2 years of relevant, successful sales experience.

MUST have an established book of business to demonstrate sales experience.

Strong presentation and communication skills.

Ability to develop and deliver compelling sales proposals.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be comfortable with moderate physical activity, including standing, walking, stooping, and bending.

Ability to safely operate a personal vehicle for business-related travel.
