Your Role at COIT
As a Commercial Business Development Manager you'll play a key role in helping customers maintain clean, safe environments. You'll consult with clients, provide estimates, and close deals-all while delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent COIT professionally with proper attire and ID badge

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships

Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, generating new business

Promote all COIT services (Commercial, Restoration, and Residential)

Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system

Prepare and present sales proposals, successfully closing deals

Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively

Attend trade shows, meetings, and networking events to expand reach
What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
-
2 years of proven successful sales experience REQUIRED

Strong presentation and communication skills
- Established Book of Business REQUIRED

Ability to design and develop compelling sales proposals

A clean driving record and a valid driver's license
Physical Requirements
This position involves standing, walking, and occasional lifting. You'll need to safely operate a personal vehicle to attend appointments and sales events.
